Designed for pre-heating, reflow and any process that requires heating of an object under uniform and controlled temperature conditions with higher precision then our analog Hot Plates. These Hot Plates are rated for heavy loads (all hot plates rated for minimum of 150lbs) and industrial conditions. These hot plates are NON-HAZARDOUS location hot plates.
Unit Construction: All units are manufactured of 304 Stainless Steel for ease of cleaning and to meet sanitary codes.
Electrical Specifications: Units are manufactured to IEEE45 and ANSI ETL UL/499, including custom applications.
Valad’s hot plates are designed to be used in adverse environments.
Units Include:
Replaceable Stainless Steel magnesium filled flat oval heating elements
1/2″ aluminum (leveled finish) top plates provide uniform heat transfer (Tight flatness tolerance plates available upon request)
All standard hot plates are provided with a 6 foot heavy duty cord and plug
Temperature accuracy 0-6% of Setpoint (depending on size of plate)
Hot plates have a range from 100 to 550 deg F (Up to 700 or 750 deg F Available)
All hot plates include a manual or digital safety over-temperature switch (depending on model (analog or digital)) to de-energize hot plate heating elements in an over-temperature situation for safety purposes.

The wide range of sizes gives you maximum choice. These Hot Plates have various uses from lithograph to cosmetics to semiconductor manufacturing and much more. Applications are extremely diversified. DIGITAL CONTROL HOT PLATES are equipped with:
A digital readout controller displaying constant process temperature. Viewing and changing the set point temperature is as easy as pressing a button.
The controller has an indicator light to show when the elements are energized.
***Heat-up time will vary depending on the load on the plate and the wattage and temperature of the hot plate.Available Additional Options:
Hardcoat (Anodized Finish) Aluminum Top Plate: Increases heat transfer and durability of top plate. Great for heavy corrosive conditions. Works well up to 750 Deg F
Teflon Coated Top Plate: Increases non-stick of top plate surface.(Works well up to 500 Deg F, not as durable as hardcoat option)
Stainless Steel Top Plate: Great for durability, clean applications and increases heat transfer versus standard mill finish top plate. (Reduced uniformity compared to aluminum top plate)
Remote Control Box: If the application does not allow for the control box to be mounted directly to the hot plate case, we offer remote control box options. The flexible conduit standard length is 2.5 feet and can be purchased up to 6 feet in length.
Custom Machined Top Plates: If your application requires special machining for overflow of material or special holes for mounting fixtures, we can accommodate that request. A quick sketch, dxf, dwg or 3d model can be forwarded to our engineering department for a quick quote.
Custom Machined Mounting Fixture: If your application requires a special top plate fixture for a custom application, we can accommodate that request. A quick sketch, dxf, dwg or 3d model can be forwarded to our engineering department for a quick quote.
Medium or Heavy Duty Option: All of our hot plates can hold a minimum load of 150lbs of weight. If heavier loads are required, we offer a Medium duty option (Up to 350lbs) and a Heavy Duty option (Up to 500lbs).
Hot Plate Insulated Top Cover: Our stainless steel insulated Top Covers with or without hinge help retain heat (reduce energy costs) and decrease production time. (Available for most size hot plates)
Hot Plate Stand: Our stainless steel construction hot plate stands are designed to house our hot plates safe and securely. Standard hot plate stands can hold up to 300lbs of load on top of the hot plate weight.
Hot Plate Carts: Our stainless steel construction hot plate carts are designed to house our hot plates safe and securely with mobility in mind. Standard hot plate carts can hold up to 300lbs of load on top of the hot plate weight.
